What is the exact position of the throttle body adjustment screw. i have adjusted mine in order to gain idle speed but the idle speed is back to its previous state after few minutes of driving. should the throttle be slightly opened or not opened at all at idle. btw why is that screw there of the idle is controlled by the ecu? does it make any changes to the engine if its adjusted?

Put the screw back the way it was. The idle is computer controlled. If you change something then the computer will compensate somewhere to get the idle back to what it's supposed to be. Soon you'll be all screwed up.
