Camry Internal Ignition Coil

Hello. I'm a newbe. Here's a no brainer questions that I can't answer.

I am trying to replace the internal ignition coil in my Camry. There are 2 screws that hold it in. The problem is that they point towards the ground and are inaccessible. In the Haynes book, they are pointing towards the hood and are accessible. Is there a way to flip the coil housing or coil 180 degrees so I can get to the screws?

It would be a lot easier if you just took the whole distributor out. That is the best way of doing it.
