4th Generation securing a short ram intake

Hi, I got a 99 camry le 4cyl and just a generic ebay short ram intake, now the only major problem I have with it is that it is always sliding out of the rubber coupler that came with it over time which makes it drag on body inside the engine bay, not only making a loud rattling noise but also chipping the paint. I used the regular clamps that came with it, I used 2 at the throttle body. So does anyone with a short ram intake have any tips/suggestions I can do to make the intake tube actually stay put? thanks for the help

which part is sliding ? just screw the clamp-tie really tight on both sides. TB side and intake side. same with filter. now take the metal long peice thingie (sorry minds dead..) and stick one hole in the engine bay (bolt it up, use ur stock air box bolt) and then bend it accordingly so a little flap on the other end can be stuck in at the filter clamp-tie.

sorry if i'm confusing.. tell me if u don't understand. then i'll get u a pic

yeah, trust me I have it as tight as humanly possible, the actual rubber coupler is sliding off the throttle body which is what the issue is. I used that bracket for about 3 days before it broke, so any other ideas or suggestions as far as a better coupler/clamps or anything else that I can use to easily secure it would be appreciated.
