On my 95, the OEM design places a primary cat in right after the exhaust manifold with an 02 sensor bung (it's under the heat shield). There's another cat downstream at the bottom of the car at the flexpipe.
Because the header replaces that section completely, you will have to get a single and larger cat downstream, and weld in a sensor bung to house the sensor. 02 sensor wires will also have to be extended.
