On my 94, IIRC there was already a hole on the drivers side. It was a perfect size hole for teh power cable I ran. I drilled it out to accept a grommet. It was stupid easy. Just know what is on the other side before you drill.

The previous owner didn't do shit to this car, but put gas in it and drive it. If memory serves, there was a grommet plugging the existing hole. I ran my 8ga (Its only a 75x4) through and it fit perfect. Like I said before, I drilled it out to accept a grommet. As far as the hole being there, it had to be factory. I could see paint on the I.D. of the hole and it was a clean cut.

theres no hole. just suck it up and drill yourself a hole. use a grommet to be safe on the wire, and use some silicone sealant to keep the water out.
