Battery size in Turbo Setup?? **pics**

is it okay to put in a smaller sized batter into my car to better fit the intercooler piping...i test fitted my piping and this is what i have so far...i dont really want to relocate the battery...just wanna keep it all in the engine bay if possible...is there any difference on size of battery besides size of battery...do smaller ones have shorter life spans??...do they make small sized yellow tops or red tops??? which one is the perfomance batter agen?? and which one is the audio system one??

wow, that intake cone is located wonderfully close to the headers...You have a thing for sucking down superheated exhaust gasses or something? Hmm.. Also you're engine setup looks wierd compared to mine...I mean, yours looks like a Gen3 vs my 3.5, but they couldn't be THAT different. I wonder why it looks so strange.

Anyway, back on topic. I would guess a smaller battery would have a lower capacity. Also the yellow top is the audio one IIRC.

heatshield is different, it seems more cramped, and i think your alternator is on the opposite side.

You can go toa smaller size batter you jsut want to make sure the CCA is as close to your as possible. The actual size of the batter is not that big a deal. CCA is what you are looking for.
