Hi I was just wondering is this Green 8500K HEADLIGHTS 9006/9005 illegal in US 50 states? Would you get a fine or fix it ticket?
because I just bought the headlights sets and drove it like a 2nd night now, I was afraid of being pulled over because the light I bought doesn't look at it advertised on this website
The lights are really nice and I really love to have it on. but doing the night time it look like the before pix in the website but with green-yellowish typed..
For me it is worth it to have those headlights set..and look very very super HOT!
I will post a pix of my real cam if u guys want to see with this green 8500k.
ok....not sure if theyre illegal in your country, but if you look at the photos closely you'll see that the 2nd photo is exactly the same picture as the first one. they photoshop the 2nd photo (eg; make it green, brighten the picture)
i mean...that is just the website pix...but it like super yellowish kind..but much brighter..the pix is just a sample but does not accurate..but it is similar to the first pix but brighter yellow
If the pictures are identical that does not necessarily mean its "photoshopped". If you want to do a good comparison of something, one would take identical photos (same position and same angle, etc). In this case, the car is not in motion, the camera may have been in a fixed position, such as a tripod. So they would take the picture, change the bulbs and take the picture again.
One more thing, if they want to trick you, there's an easier way than using something high tech such as photoshop, they could have easily put a dark film on the headlights to make it look dimmer. Wouldnt that be easier than editting a picture in photoshop and it looks more realistic.
Also check the speedometer/tachometer, not 100% sure, but looks like its at zero.
I'm not saying where these bulbs are good or not, but whether the pictures are authentic, is another question.
Any way, just my two cents worth.

Those pictures are totally redone in photoshop. The way the pics fade are both off. Also, anything other then the stock bulbs or white(hid, projector) will be seen as illegal. You guys on the mainland are just lucky there's no extreme recon laws. (we can't even have blue alarm scanners in the car)
