Valve seals are totally done oil leaking very quickly..Worth it to get it fixed anyone has the valve seals replaced how much with labour? and is the head gasket next? would like to hear your opinion its V6 and only the back bank seals are leaking..is this the end for the camry.. would like to hear your opinion or suggestions.
The best thing to do here IMO is rip off the heads, get the valves done/maybe reground cams to spec, shims etc. Renew headgasket (might aswell) and replace timing belt (while youve go the cams and that out). If you wanna pull the motor to do it, change water pump and other hard to get this while its out!
Unless your talking about valve COVER seals...in which case...i don't see what the fuss is all about...just replace em.....

If your vavle seals are gone, then the only place you would be leaking oil is into your cylinder heads causing you to burn it leaving blue smoke wherever you go. Its not something you can just pop the hood and see.
As hooRAH said, replace the vavle cover gaskets, shouldnt cost you much. Just about everyone has had a leaky valve cover gasket at some stage.

very much i am hopen its just the vavle cover gasket and yet i hope my mechanic doesnt friggen say its gunna tak 5 hours labour ( 5x 60$) plus gasket. well he is a good guy and i respect him just friggen labour man...Is valve gasket a sign of other things to come or what?
Gavin i would do a compression check on this engine. And i'd try to save myself some work by checking the outside cylinders first (the easy ones). And if they had good results only then check compression in the back 3! But if the compression readings are low, hope not, but - if they are, then you have your answer as to why performance is not good.
V6 Compression readings, desired, range 145 PSI (minimum) - 218 PSI
variation between cylinders, 15 PSI max
