Gen5 oil leak

Any ideas to how to prove to the dealer that the car is leaking oil? I took it in earlier in the week for this problem and they stated its residue from a prior oil change. Today I notice there is a fresh spot in the driveway. I pull the car into the garage and get under it with a light and a mirror and I see shiny spot on the edge of the oil pan. Run my finger along the edge, I get dirt and oil. I drive it around the block a couple of times, put brown paper bags under it, and 20 min later there is a spot on the bag. I take it back and they call me back stating its bone dry and to come down and look at it. I would but I don't have another car right now to go down. Shouldn't they put a dye in the oil and look with a UV light? The car is an 03 with a 2.4l motor, 27k miles.

get some engine degreaser or brake cleaner. spray on leaking area to clean up, take photo. wait a few days then take another. bring them to dealer as evidence.

where is it leaking from? might be able to fix it yourself if its the filter, plug, or something easy like that

Take it to another Toyota dealer for second opinion. You probably went to the one that the techs are lazy and dont want to work on warranty repairs.

I'm gonna clean it this weekend. Its leaking from the oil pan or it looks that way from what I see. The first time I took it in, they told me they cleaned off all the grime and can't find the leak. I looked under there and they wiped some of it off. They haven't charged me either time I have taken it in so I don't see why they wouldn't want to do warranty work. I guess I'll try another dealer next week.
