Split this forum

I'm new to this forum and my Camry. The 24k+ treads and 250l+ posts are crazy.

Is it time to split the Carmy forum into Generations?

No, that would suck.

Just search for whatever you want to read. There won't be much on your generation anyways.

No because many of the cars are pretty much the same and it'd be redundant to answer a thread asking the same thing for every generation..

I think all generations should be together. However I would not mind it being split into a technical/mechanical forum and a modding forum. A lot of the modders may not care for the technical aspects and a lot of the gearheads may not care for modding. However I can always skip over the posts I don't want to read so it is not all bad.
Like CamNub said maybe you should hang around here and post some before you make a decision on the community!

Gary

PS: You will probably get flamed for your post but don't worry about it we still love ya!

At least I'm not flaming you, I just expressed my thoughts. Just like he did.

What you just said is something a few users have already sugested, but it always stays the same, in my opinion, for the best.

I only own a Gen 3, but I don't mind learning about the other Gens at all. The more I can learn about anything, the better it is.

Flames away.

So how about sub-groups?

Interior (radio, seats etc.)
Exterior (body kits, lights
Mechanical (engine, brakes)

Check out my tow rig forum www.titantalk.com or what I was going to buy

This was discussed a few times before in the site suggestions, questions, and comments forum.

The answer, is no. Theres no need for it and just causes more clutter with all the sub-forums.

As said above, theres not much on the new Camrys (gen 6). Most of the threads in here on the new Camrys are just pictures.

Right, and that's the reason why there are icons for different gens and bold words for new or newly responsed threads. Anyway, most people in this forum seem pretty polite and considerate.

Don't worry about him. I have a LART (loser attitude readjustment tool) for ppl like that.

Not saying that he's a loser. Just stating what a LART is.

Just stay here for a couple weeks and you'll see that there isn't a problem.

Very rarely do questions not get answered.
