I just got done swapping a 1mzfe into my 98 camry, it runs fine and everything but the 2 fans wont stop spinning (Radiator and AC-the two big ones in the front). As soon as i start the car the 2 fans starts spining rite away even when the car is warming up and wont stop. Anyone know what could be wrong? i', clueless please help. We had this problem with our car awhile ago. First tested the fan relay & it was OK.
