4th Generation Power Programmer - Camry????

I'm looking for a power programmer but I don't think this is what Toyota calls it. I know that GMC, Ford, etc. call it a power programmer but I'm looking to buy one for my 99 Camry. Can anyone help me with this? Website links, etc.?

i know that HYPERTEC makes a power programmer for Chevrolet, Ford, and the other american cars. They do not make one for Toyota's. I am wondering if there is a company out there that makes a plug-in tuner for a stock Camry ECU. The programmer would change fuel curves, rev limiters, shift points, etc.
