Don't think so, dood! 55mm is high. Nevermind rubbing, you won't be able to install them at all because you'll hit the struts.
If this were true then spacers would solve the problem.
Not all honda's are 4 bolt, typically the base models are 4 bolt and the higher end models are 5 bolt. I got my rims off a Honda, and my bro's fiance's Accord V6 has a 5 bolt pattern.
Phi- the bolt pattern is correct and matches the cam but the offset is kinda high...dunno about that.
You don't want to use that many spacers! 55mm is quite far from where you want to be.

Although most Hondas are 4x100. Preludes, V6 Accords and Oddessys share the same 5x114.3 bolt pattern. Just out of interest, other imports have 5x114.3 too (ie. Mazda, Nissan)
Thanks Guys

I think 8" wide rims is something you already have to deal with....if you offset is larger then 40mm, that will rub the struts. If you offset is smaller then 40...you will rub the fender...but you can still roll your fender...
So, stick with this...8" rims with 38mm to 40mm offset should be OK, then roll your fender...also, with 8" wide rims, you need something like 225 and wider tires.
