Camry S/C 1/4 mile times and dyno figures

Hey all,

I'm looking to get some feedback from all you automatic S/C Camry/Solaras out there. Post your 1/4 mile times and hp/tq figures as well. If you've made modifications, post your original figures first, and then your modified (ie. higher boost, exhaust system).

And if anyone has upgraded to the 5.5psi pulley, I'd like to get your thoughts on it too. How much will the stock fuel system take (psi/modification wise)?

Thanks!

Got to be more than 200 at the wheels.

It's around 225.

I think 225 is more applicable to 5-speed... Comparing to stock Auto V6, they dyno about 150 WHP... a 50 WHP increase of power from the S/C should be about right. 200-205WHP sound more realistic for S/C's auto's.

With SC as only mod, my 2000 Camry XLE auto was only able to put down 190HP to the wheels. Best 1/4 so far is 15.01 at 94MPH. I am hopinh to break into the 14s this spring.

After tuning with S-AFC, I was at 206FWHP. My dyno sheets and video can be viewed at http://condor.depaul.edu/~thong/dyno/

Thanks everyone for the info so far!

Camry2000, it seems like you gained a lot (16whp) with the S-AFC! Your initial dyno is quite suprising b/c it is a little low. Comparitively, my '02 SE V6 is around 160whp and 180tq. Hmmm...not sure... Although after 5k, things are very different between mine and yours. It appears that you really need a fuel computer after all. Keep us updated with your mods and times!

Thanks!
