Question nOOb question! What does a FULL tune up consist of, for a V6?

Okay this is a very newb question, but I want to make sure my engine is gonna be in as good of a condition as possible when I drop my recently aquired 3VZ-FE into my MR2. What does a FULL tune up consist of? What parts and labor make a full tune-up?
Here’s what I had in mind, but maybe I’m missing something?

Tune up stuff:
-Plugs
-Wires
-Fuel filter
-Oil filter
-Air Filter
-Cap & rotor
-Oil
-Trans Fluid
-Anything else?

Also, while the block is out, what are some things I should do to the engine while its out,

Right off the top of my head:

-3vz-fe Engine gasket refresh kit
-Timing belt
-Tensioner(s)
-Water pump

I would check the timing belt and all pulleys to make sure they are good and check when the water pump was last replaced. Also while the block is out clean it well, nobody likes a dirty engine and its a pain to clean it when its in the car.

Sounds like youve got it covered. But engine gasket refresh? I wouldnt. I only change gaskets on what im working on or what is leaking.

cool... i'll be heading over to toyota in a couple of weeks to get these parts. btw - mark why would you not recommend doing the gasket refresh kit? i'm tearing the block down to make sure its in good condition, so i figured i might aswell change all the gaskets while i'm at it and have the block back together in better condition than i had started with.
