What kind of grease for rubber bushing?

I plan to replace my 14 years old swaybar bushings with OEM rubber ones.

What kind of grease should I use? white lithium, vegetable oil, or something else?

Something else. Try silicone dielectric grease. Lithium grease will deteriorate rubber over a period of time, and doesn't last very long anyway.

I use a low metal salt poly urea grease. Similar to CV joint grease.

A small smidge on the bushing is all you need.
