Loose Passenger Seat

It's a minor problem, but kind of annoying. The front passenger seat in my 95 Camry LE is a bit loose. The seat back has a quarter inch of movement even when the seat is locked. I've tried different positions and the seat still moves. It's not a bother during acceleration, but when you brake, the seat will toss the passenger a little. I don't think it's that much of a safety concern, but rather I'm more worried about the inconvenience to the passenger. I've taken a look under the seat and couldn't find anything to tightern and it looks like there may be something in the housings to the side. Anyone who's had experience with replacing seats have any insight?

My driver seat is loose but the passenger one is fine in my 97 camry. I've tried tightening down the four main nuts that hold the seat to the car but I think it's something else that's loose. It's annoying when I get in and out of the car and the seat doesn't feel securely tight.

Very dangerous. Do get it checked out. My '95 did this and was repaired by my dealer at no charge.

Is this a warranty issue that your dealer honored? I have 63k miles on mine and it's a 97 so I don't know if this will still be covered.
