speed sensor blinks

Hi,

there is a problem with my 96 camry. The ABS light blinks after i turn the ignition switich to ON and continue blinking. However the light will go off once i apply the brakes after 40km/h.
Every time i start my car, the same thing happen. I try to use those diagnosis system indicator check given to me in the car manual, but the light blinking patterns shows a normal code.

Does that means the speed sensor is not fully malfunction and i couldn't check which sensor is broken?

btw, my camry is V6 and i didn't change any struts which could have damage the sensors.
