4th Generation EGR, obviously not. HELP!!!!!!

so if u remeber about 3 weeks ago, i was looking for an EGR valve, for my 98 XLE V6...

found one, from trd4life. sent it up to me, awesome. everythings cool so far. put it on tonight, and everythings cool. she ran awesome, for 2 hours.

keep in mind, my CEL and trac light are on. CEL due to "EGR" problems, and trac due to what i thought was one of my wheel speed sensors gone.

2 hours of run time, and im just pullin up to my brothers house, all of a sudden, the car clears itself of those errors, "CEL and TRAC" and starts to idle rough again. this time bouncing from about 900rpm, down to 600rpm, repeatedly. same problem as before.

could this problem be with that round, check valve thats connected to the EGR?

or i read something about "VSV" . but i dont kno what that means.

PLEASE HELP. or i jus might blow the car up. haha. but seriously.

a fluctuating idle can be caused by a bad tps. in your case, run another diagnostic and check for vaccume leaks.
