Wrong Enegine Sent

A while back i ordered a NONE CALI 5SFE, and when i got it i thought i got what i ordered, but it turns out that i have a CALI engine. I am sure all of you know the difference between the two. so i called the place i ordered it from and they keep telling me its a NONE CALI engine, but i can prove that it is. my ? is should i go after then, bc i had to go through a bunch of crap to get this thing to run right. or should i just say screw it. they are in a differ state tho.

Use your original intake manifold and it shouldn't make any difference. We always use the original intake on an engine swap as that eliminates ECU issues.

the intake is not the only problem, there are snesores in the back of the engine that i have not conectors for, the injectors where bad, and i could not use my new ones, and i don't even have my old intake. they just keep telling me that i am wrong, and that i have no idea what i am talking about, and they say they had a dealer that can back them up. The sensor on the back is a knock sensor and some NADM cars don't use it, that is correct. However you don't need to make sensors happy, you need to make the ECU happy. What happened to the original intake manifold that came with the car?

I'd just go to a salvage yard in your area and get the intake/sensors from a car just like yours. You may get lucky and everything work out ok. I swapped a Corolla engine for a guy from NY while he was here on vacation and had to grab two sensors from the head to make the check engine light happy. The NY sensors were quite a bit different than the GA sensors though both cars were same model and trim.
