well if you want cheap $ pads but good quality ones i buy NAPA brand. They have a lifetime warrenty so after a few years when they wear down you just take the pads back and they give you new ones. They do have a tendancy to squeak a little more than other pads that i know of but it is really nothing.
im using TRD HPZ pads for the camry gen 3... they are nice but a bit squeaky when they are cold... once they warm up ... not so bad... i've had them since 96 and only has 20% wear since then... i love these pads... so damn thick ... and they are not as dirty as normal pads... but i am using powerstop xdrill rotors with them.. i think its a good idea to change ur rotor as well.. to keep ur brakes running cooler...

That would b a good idea but right now I'm saving for my springs
and rotors would cost like 200 bucks just for the front. Maybe in
couple of months I'll b thinking about that.

POWERstop rotors arent expensive i got them for 90USD not that expensive the pads though are a bit steep 130CAD for them... but i think they are worth it since they last quite a while.... i checked my rotors for warpage every 1000km so far so good still good and straight... i love the way they match each other... although i wish i had money for brembo big brake upgrade!!!!! i just need a winter beater thats all... then i can save up for alll the fun summer things on my car!!! hehehehe
