Thinking about running N20

Even though it's been covered a few times, I couldn't find anyone with my mileage that would be so dumb to want to do this, but I guess I am.

I'm planning on a 50HP shot, which I've read would be fine on the 5SFE with any modifications to the engine or tranny.

I have 221K miles on my 5SFE, it was rebuilt about a year ago, so it's in pretty good condition.

Other than getting a compression test done, is there anything else I should do?

Also, if later on I wanted to go to let's sayyy a 75 shot, what would I need to do? Forged pistons? Anything else?

Thanks.

theres a huuuge n20 thread somewhere where pretty much everyone with n20 has posted on their details...

I was reading that thread, but I didn't find anyone with a 5SFE and 221K miles running N2O or planning on it.

Why?? It's a 4-cyl economic family car.. I feel bad every time I spin the tires from a roll and bounce the clutch in my car ... It's not meant to do that.

But if you INSIST, like terra said just make sure you keep up with your engine so you don't get any nasty surprises when you hit it real hard in order to beat them Dodge Caravans.
