ok i somehow misplaced my dyno sheet, ill look for it again in the morning..

92.6kw on a cold engine if i had warmed it up it woulve maybe been 1-1.5kw higher, as the 2nd run right after the first one pulled higher... BUT

there was a massive dip in the curve at ~5000rpm where the power peak wouldve been.

torque curve nice and flat from 3000-5500rpm

did it with my 18's which are 2x heavier then the stock 15's.

i still need to replace plugs and leads which are 150000km overdue among other general service things.

pulled 0.1kw more then a 3sge 5spf MR2 =)

so that's only 127hp or so??? wow...that's brutal....even when I hit up the dyno and there was something wrong, I still came out with much better numbers.....

what was your torque? or do they only give one kw curve on the aussie dynos?

if I remember correctly - around 150hp and 170ft/lb, but peaking at abour 3-3.5K....there was something wrong with either the knock sensors or the egr at the time, as it seems that the acis didn't kick in and the car was going into open loop and bogging down continuously

there was only one small peak in the graph at around 3.5, and then it was about flat to downwards from there instead of the second higher peak at 4.5-5K that is supposed to occur in both the 1mz and the 3vz - the car would have been perfect for autocross

this was dynoed with a stock intake w/ k&n filter and a custom y-pipe but with a restrictive catback due to some really bad axle-back piping at the time and 17s

the knock sensors don't seem to act up anymore since I switched my plugs and my egr seems to be fine now that I've given some good cleaning, and I've fixed and added more, so I'd like to hit up the dyno sometime and hopefully get a proper dyno

Wow! Thats interesting. I put down 92fwkw (130hp) on my stock 2VZFE with a stuffed auto trans. Which is about right considering the 2VZ is factory rated at 157hp.
What do you think the problem could be?

no idea what the problem is, but heres a start (and I HAVE NFI HOW I LOST MY SHEET)

btw remember i pilled higher then a 3SGE 5spd MR2 for a comparo, it was a Dyno Dynamics 2WD roller in shootout mode so everyones results were in line.

i have about 255,000km on the car

the plugs have been changed once, at ~100,000

the fuel filter, pump, leads, cap, rotor, all sensors have never been changed.

TWO of my injectors are wired with speaker wire.

running 10w30, i seem to be loosing oil somewhere/at hte sme time i have possibly less pressure. running dino 10w40 i would have oil seepage out of the oil cap and valve covers but not enough to warrant a top up of oil (it wasnt even noticible on the dip stick) but now with the synth 10w-30 its almost due for another oil change (within the time of this tank of petrol) ive had to use the remaining 1L in the 5L bottle to top up, although there is no seepage from the oil cap or valve covers

oh WHERE to start...

so you have injectors wired with speaker wire, a home depot intake, and huge 18s that weigh twice as much as the stock rims- and you lost the dyno sheet...

why did you want to dyno again? just for the heck of it orrr?
