4th Generation More Power - Tri-Phase Performance Module???? HELP!!!

I'm looking to add more power to my 1999 4 Cyl. Camry but I saw this Performance Module that changes your fuel curves, etc. It's not that expensive and I don't know if its proven to work or not so I need some advice. Anyone ever try this? Or know a better way to go? If you have more info please let me know or post a link. Here is the link to the Tri-Phase Performance Module website.

Thanks Guys!

I hate seeing people putting " I want more power" and "inexpensive" in the same sentence.
