guess what i found out whats wrong with my new cam

im so tight just bought it a 95 camry dark green 4 banger engine automatic and the noise that it makes when i turn on the car has something to do with bearings cant remember what my pops told me but wait it gets better theres more it seems the car needs a new thermostat and i wouldnt be suprise if it needs something else too like water pump and the pressure cap on the radiator is wrong....i had a feeling something was up the day i bought it i open the hood and i saw that it had a new radiator but the resevior was empty and it makes sense now the guy was trying to hide the fact that car use to over heat.....that bastard who knows what else it has wrong with it i have up to tuesday to send it back and get my 2400 bucks back(it has 142500 miles on it)question is should i stay with it and fix it considering that i got a good deal on the car still or send that puppy back what ya think...

#1. I think using periods and multiple sentences owns you.

#2. If it's a spun bearing or something else that's resulted from what you think is repeated overheating, you're in for some costly fixes.

#3. I think you should not self-diagnose the car because from the sound of it, you don't really know what to look for. For something of this magnitude, take it to a mechanic and let them tell you what's wrong. Get an estimate, and figure it out from there.

The bearing sound when starting is the deal breaker...and you are pretty sure its been overheated, this is NOT GOOD. (I overheated the engine in my 1985 Nissan 200SX and broke a piston. Adios, engine! $1000 to replace it with a crappy used engine that never worked right.)
I wouldn't wait another minute, get your money back...its sounds like a money pit, and there are PLENTY of used camrys!

I go with money pit. Return that bad boy and get yourself a GOOD used Camry. After getting a lemon 1994 Accord, I don't bother with cars that show problems within the first week.

I'd get my money back instead of playing the lottery to see what trouble comes up next. But if you have a reliable mechanic you can go to, pay an hour's worth of labor for them to check out the car and see what's up. Good luck!
