Attempted to replace sway bar bushings

Took about 2.5 hours to do one side in the rear.. i couldnt get the end links to come off, so i just untightened the bushing.. big mistake.. it took a lot of creativity and using a second jack to push it into place from beneath... damnit lol.

Although my CD player is fricken sweet and so much better then the cassette

QUESTION: The Sway Bar End Links - are they supposed to wiggle when its all put together? both sides do (and i didnt touch the right side)

I dont understand. You must be talking about the links to the sway bar. The bushings are simple. Two bolts per bushing, remove bracket then bushing, install new bushing and bracket. Done.

I undid the bushings first (what i was trying to replace) and the entire swaybar just kinds fell down and i couldnt get it back up to screw it back in when i repalced it..

I then followed directions and tried removing the sway bar links but i couldnt get them undone

In order to get the sway bar links to come undone, you need an allen wrench to put in the end of the bolt and brace against one of the other bars under the car that holds the rear hub on. then use a closed ended wrench (Put that on the nut BEFORE you put the allen wrench in.) and lots of liquid wrench to break the bolt loose. It can be difficult to brake loose, and you need to be careful not to strip the allen slot on the bolt or you'll be stuck trying to hammer a larger one in, or cutting the nut off (ow, i just said cut your nut off....) anyhow, it is a pain, but if done smartly, totally doable. oh, and even when in place, the swaybar links should have some twisting play in them, due to the nature of the bushings that allow them to work.
