4th Generation Where are the turn signal fuses? (3rd party blinkers) PICS

Hey, So I installed these windshield washers nozzles that light up on my '97 camry and wanted to hook each one up individually to the turn signals... right now they both turn on with the head lights...

How can I make it so they are hooked up to the turn signal relay/fuses ?!

Thanks!!!

(1) Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) wires for each of the respective LEDs in your washer nozzles.
(2) Splice in the RIGHT LED into the signal for your RIGHT turn signal. (The following connectors are very convenient for this purpose. They are called "T-taps," among other names. They can be had at your local auto parts stores, or Walmart. )

(3) Ground the RIGHT LED at any convenient location on the frame; re-use an OE ground point, if convenient.
(4) Splice in teh LEFT LED into the signal for your LEFT turn signal.
(5) Ground the LEFT LED at any convenient location on the frame.

^ Yes, the wires going to the bulbs (turn signals/blinkers).

Use a DMM and find the alternating +12V wire.
