tax credit for camry hyrid
i'm a little confuse on how tax credit for a hydrid camry work. i've found some info that you get a $2600 tax break. the confusing thing is that $2600 a one year tax credit or is it a continues type of tax credit. let's say, i only need to pay $2000 of tax this year. would the rest of the $600 be gone or be useable for next year or is it $2600 tax credit each year? rumors i've heard said that the tax credit could bring down the car value... which is what i'm confuse about... anyone can explain this?
