I've tried Syvlania Silverstars on my 97 Camry, and it's not a huge improvement. Many recommend Philips Vision Plus H4 bulbs.

I've tried sly silverstarts, and they were awesome. (Emphasis 'WERE' - now i'm on the look out for Sly coolblue's, i hear they are a bit more ricey but a whole lot less pricy!!).

Well, I have a gift car for crutchfield, so should I get these bulbs or what? Is is tough to install them?

Nope, super easy. Pop open the hood, remove the rubber washer (on the headlight) by pulling the tabs, unhook the metal bulb holder and it comes right out.

lol, installing headlight bulbs is about as hard as putting gas in your car
