Safc Ii And Wont Start.help!

just installed safc II a day or 2 ago. im not currently boosting right now because im waiting for the injectors to get here, but anways. I drove on the SAFC II all last nite. It ran perfect. i couldnt have asked for anything better. Then today i got home from school and got in the car and drove down the street. very conservatively of course. the rpm on the indash tach started jumping around (really weird. never seen anything like it) and all of a sudden died. I started it again, and pullled off into a coldesac(sp). Then shut the car off to see what the problem was. All the safc wires were fine. The voltages were normal (checked sensors Via SAFCII). Anywaysthe car doesnt start now. It cranks over and sounds like it should, but wont. Anyone have this problem. any thoughts?

Thanks

Go to the basics! Spark, fuel, compression and timing to make it all work.

Because again.. i just installed the safc II and am thinking that's whats going on. maybe a blown fuse? anyways let me know.

Check your distributor and recheck ALL your safc wiring.

did the safc pick up rpm ok? What wire did you tap into for the rpm signal? You should have used the IGF signal wire and NOT the NE signal wire.

Yeah my bet is on a loose NE wire on the ECU. It controls the ignition timing/distributor and if knocked out of the socket (yes they do come loose .. :P) you'll have no spark.... .. bloody electronic ignition! haha
