Removing Door Panel

Can anyone give me instructions on how to remove the inside door panel of a 1996 toyota camry.

I need to replace the inside door handle and also attach the rod to the outside door handle. Unfortunately, it is my drivers door with the problems so I need to fix it, it has become a big time pain in the butt. Has anyone else had problems with the door handles?
