Gen5 Smoked tailights

HEy all, just got my car back from the body shop today. I brought it home and then started to smoke the tailights. Tell me what you guys think. I'll post some more pics of them mounted onthe car tomorrow.

1.) Clean, un sanded tailight

3.) One coat of Tamiya smoke spray

Looks good. Thats how mine looked before I decided to go darker second time around. But spraying is not the way to go. Ill admit that. Im going to redo mine in a few days once i get it in the mail.

Anyone know of any good brands to clearcoat?

im thinkin about "SMOKIN" my interior to all black.. im sick of the pukeberry-blue ...

either that.. or cutting open a black sharpie pen and using the stalk to smear the insides black...........

hell if im gonna rip apart the interior on this 16 year old heap-- i mean car

you've inspired me bro. I'm about to go buy some spray! This might as well go into a sticky. Simple and easy to do. It's good first mod to do instead of gettin' ricey ALL CLEAR TAILS! Those things are ugly and horrible!

Thanks bro...yea it was extremely simple. NOt hard to mess up, and if you do it not hard to go back and fix the work. Definitely all clear tails are horrible, lol

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.
