Paint the Muffler?

The black paint of my muffler is peeling pretty bad. Can I just re paint it?

What kind of paint should I use?

It's a 97 XLE Camry v6

Do you have to "bake" that stuff before it's effective?

I use high temp black paint on all my car's mufflers. Not about that ^^ one, but the one I use you spray it on and when the part gets heated it cures it.

So you just painted it with the black hi-temp paint, and just let it dry? Without having to "bake" it at like 400 degrees or anything?

If so, that's awesome, and will make this project pretty easy.

High temp paint for bbq grills.

Slowes (Lowes) or Home Desperate (Home Depot), should have it.
