Bad bearings are making noise similar to riding a skateboard on rough pavement

Or it can sound just like a good one. There should be a little hole in the housing which should be checked for evidence of coolant leak. Think most will leak before the bearings go bad. (But there are always exceptions.)

It does sound like a skateboard on rough pavement so I think it's the bearings. Also, antifreeze starting leaking really bad near where all the belts are. Does this sound like a water pump issue?

Yeah that sounds like a water pump issue. My cousin's Galant currenty has the same issue. Its loosing coolant like crazy and the area under the water pump is dropping fluid. It hasn't been changed yet but its lookin like the pump is done.

also, if your really low on coolant, it might make a diesel like sound. thats what happend in the case of my last car. and it will start to overheat real easily and you will loose alot of power followed by it just collectively and loudly breaking down...not pretty. it was a 94 linc conti.

u definitely have a water pump issue...replace water pump, t-belt, tension spring and refill with toyota long life red coolant and you shouldn't have a problem. Sometimes using other coolants in our engines can cause water pump failure.
