Camry performance problems '00 v6

At about 75k mi (at 78 now) we noticed that our V6 camry wasn't as peppy as it was a few thousand miles earlier. I replaced the rear O2 sensor at about 70k with plugs. The air filter didn't look that bad but I'm going to replace that anyway. Any ideas? Common problems?

as an engine ages carbon and wear decrease performance to a degree. Some services could help restore some of your performance(But a poorly maintained engine has no hope)...Top end clean- could help break up some of the carbon on the valves. Injector flush- clean injectors. Major tune up- wires, plugs, pcv valve, fuel filter, air filter.

never forget to flush transmission for shift performance but try some of those things. See what your left with...
