Dragging windshield wipers

I have 2 winterblades installed, only about 2-3 months old and even in a downpour and for some reason, they both seem to drag. Is this being caused by the arm or the blade? What can I do?

Its either the blades or the wiper motor. The blades are messed up somehow or the motor is weak and needs changing.

They seem to go at a high rate of speed compared to other cars I've been in.

try tightening the bolt. i've had that problem before. the drag so bad that it actually stopped working. i can still hear the motor. so i just tightend the bold and it still works like new.

I'm assuming this is the bolt on the arm? I will feel if its loose and tighten it if need be.
