Camry & Solara LoungeDiscussion area for every generation of Toyota's family car, the Toyota Camry. Lexus ES250/300 owners welcome! Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance and more.
I have been sick lately with a cold and had time to think. I have realized what we all have here is special. I don't know any other group of Japanese car owners that tries to meet one another if they are in town. A few weeks ago Jon, AKA JWA276, and I headed out to Miami of Ohio to met Eric Shaw, aka bluemeanie. It wasn't that long of a drive for us, but Eric drove something like 8 hours from St. Louis. Just doesn't seem like something civic owners would do. Thanks everyone for making this a community to be proud of.

thats wierd... i always thought that you were a home-grown SC3 member... guess i was wrong.
anyways, you got lots of knowledge that you share and so im pretty sure i speak for everyone on the camry forum when i say that your opinion is well respected and taken with a high level of integrity.
I left sc3 for almost 2years now ... I dont even post there unless I'm selling something...
What envy ??? I envy you guys ... because your camrys are running ... I got to enjoy mine for like 6 months...
Like Ratko said for the rest of us, you're always welcome here. You're one of the most knowledgeable members of this community, and you're always willing to help others.
I envy those w/ running Camrys too.

sbc and the wraith non working??? hmm .. thats no good... but i luv u guys!!! this is the first forum i joined and i never felt more welcomed anywhere else!!!!
it was a great time man! got to spend the night hanging out with good people and even made some possible business connections! i look forward to this summer when we can have many more meets, hopefully each one getting bigger. maybe a midwest/canadian cruise?? its great to see the community growing so steadily (from what it seems like anyway!) and i really have to hand it to sean, he is putting a lot of laborous work into improving the community even more.
things are moving along fast with new parts becoming more readily available. there are a whole slew of gen 3 owners now going for performance, and being one of them i think its wonderful!
my $.02

My Camry is running, but I still envy you... At least your car is down because of some work getting done I want mine to be down for some serious work as soon as possible (meaning as soon as I can get the cash)..heh
