What's goin on here?

Ok so me and my g/f are goin to the store in the cam and we are stoping at a stop sign and all of a sudden the car shuts off. so the whole way home i had to put it in neutral and keep the revs up or it would stall again. Anyone no wat this is? I need to fix this tomorrow if possible as to i need the car for work and to get around. And it is NOT the throttle cable as to i was fiddling with it and it still stalls.

Any help is really appreciated.

Kind of hard to tell without knowing the history of the car as far as maintence and what motor and tranny! Much less doing it in 36 minutes, I know we are good but not that good!

AIC is on the throttle body take off the pipe and just clean the throttle body with carb cleaner or something.. you'll see an oddly shaped small hole in there before the throttle plate... that's the AIC spray lots of cleaner in there also

And?
it should have had a few tune-ups and timing belt changes?

well just got in from cleaning out the throttle body and aic valve like atobe had said and no more problem. the throttle body was definately overdue for a cleaning as there was quite a bit of scum in there.

thanx again to everyone for the help.
