Yeah sorry, its blurry, they're actually 60/55W.
130W hi-beam class, 120W low beam class brightness...
The two big kanji left of the 'H4' means purple, but the actually color of these are "royal white"

ah okay thats cool.
if you take closeups remember to use macro mode. its that flower button if you don't already know.

They do give off a nice color.

These are H4's, plus they're bought from the Japanese market, not Japanese item in the US market. You'll be lucky to get your hands on these. Stock headlights on a Camry use 9006 I think

What exactly does H4 mean? Is it the same wattage per bulb? I currently have modded 9005s in my lows (Sylvania Cool Blue) and 9005 Sylvania Silverstars in my highs.
