Hi I think I have a defective relay that is causeing my seatbelts,fan and power windows to stop working any sudgestions wich one its a 1991 camry

I would check the fuse pannel area as well, you may have a loose connection in that area. The seatbelt and power window circuits do run through the 7.5A Gauge fuse.
