Gen5 Front Door Glass Run

Normally I drive with my windows down, I like the breeze, but with a the rainy weather here in FL I've had to keep windows up.

When the windows are up I can hear wind noise, at first I thought I was the weather stip on the doors, so I fixed that by adding some from auto zone. Turns out that was not the problem, so I stopped by a dealer and they told me it was the window glass run on the door.

Click Here to & scroll down to Page 5 to see what im talking about "Front Door Glass Run" (pdf file)

They wanted to charge me ~$200 per door to fix it;
- Part $45
- Laybor $155

Help:
1) Where can I find the part for both driver and passenger front doors glass run, and whats the ball park money wise?
2) How hard this is as a DIY project for a novie, scale 1 (Blinded folded easy) to 10 (Get somebody to do it)

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
