3rd Generation Slave Cylinder sticking?

Hello Guys!
Same old problem, still looking for solution....
96 camry manual 100kmiles

Ever since the clutch change, the pedal seems to be vibrating when operating ( only when pushing in or lifting up, mostly just lifting up, if I hold it in place, I don't feel vibration, not as much at least, no more than the firewall itself, and if I wear thicker shoes, I don't feel anything ) The car takes off smooth with no chatter, some hopping if I was really in a hurry ( 1500rpm, but heavy right foot ), that's probably because my dog bone is soft and my struts are completely worn out.

The pedal also vibrates a little bit when very very small pressure is applied, but as soon as pressure starts to build, it goes away. It's basically in the range of " piston freeplay ".

since the throw out bearing sounds fine, no noise or anything, I think slave or master cylinder should be where to start ( maybe the piston is grabbing the bore while traveling )
I just ordered the slave cylinder.

But the thing is, the "vibration/grabbing" only happens when the engine is running, especailly at higher RPM and foot is on the gas pedal, ( say, a down shift from 3-2 ), and it engages rather smooth if I let out the clutch without touching the gas at all ( even in relatively higher RPM ). and it seems perfectly normal when the engine's turned off.

Does it sound reasonable to you guys?
I just bled the system 2 months ago, and now it's dirty looking again, Seems like the previous owner never changed the clutch fluid and probably lived in a humid area. So maybe that's why the bore is rough? since new clutch gave the piston a new traveling range that was originally covered by rust?

Thank you!

Just hoping someone had the exact same problem and know what exactly is causing it....

My two cents = bad T/O bearing; or bent clutch fork; warped flywheel or pressure plate or warped or broken clutch disc

well, anything goes then. lol

and also sometimes in the morning, when I disengage the clutch, it seems to load up and then disconnect all of a sudden. ( meaning, disconnects suddenly even though I press the clutch in very slow and smoothly ) , I can't feel any binding up at the pedal level.

Since it is pedal related yeah, sounds like your hydraulics. From what you said, sounds like the system isnt holding pressure and just letting your pedal effort out all of a sudden. Ergo, air in system or leaking ditto. Or both.
