4th Generation In An Accident- Some Q's about Repair

Hey everyone. I hope you can shed some light on some items I'm going to mention here. I was involved in an accident about 2 weeks ago. Some ol' lady didn't see me stopped infront of her at a red light, so she slammed into me (35mph) with her Rav4. Surprisingly, exterior damage seemed nominal. I mean, the bumper def. needs to be replaced, the trunk seems misaligned and the muffler tip's bent down. Besides that, it seemed to have helf up well. Now here comes the question: From such an impact , could there be anything else going on mechanically that I should be aware of? If I come to a stop, as soon as I gas it to accelerate, there's a slight hesitation then I hear/feel a "clunk" under the floor by the pedals. The wheels seem to be making a funny sound and the wheel begins to shake at like 60-70mph. Can you guys give me some info. as to where they originate, what I can do to repair them, and about how much? I don't have a personal mech. I can trust so I'd like to go in knowing what's up from down with my Camry. Thanks alot guys ( and gals?). Later.

im not sure about the rest of it, but as for your wheel shaking at 60-70 mph, you probably need an allignment as she probably knocked something out of wack.. my .02

Definitely get your alignment checked, and while it's up there go out and take a look under the car for anything that looks important that's bent... I know it's vauge but it's the best way.

The shaking could also be a separated tire, unbalanced wheel, or bad bearings.

thanks for your .02' guys. I thought it could be an alignment problem but wanted to see if there'd be more to it. Well, the only way to really know's to bring it in. Again, thanks.

i would take it to a toyota dealership which has auto repair/body repair.

ask them to fix everything and tell them ur concern...

after all, the old lady's insurance should pick it up...
