Filter probably isn't bolted completely. Bring it back and have them bolt it on properly. It's symptomatic of a clogged filter. It could also be defective, or it could just be that it needs to be process. However, after getting a new filter properly installed on my shaking old Gen2, the problem went away, it did not appear.

The fuel flow rate is flowing at a different rate. Which means the ECU has to slowly calculate and reconfig the timing.

Check the filter one more time just to make sure. Drive for a week and the ECU should adjust accordingly.

Its the same effect if you disconnect a car bettery then put it back in, the ECU is resetted and the car idle's kinda off for about a week. Dare ya to try on a friends car.

but, I could be wrong. Good luck though.

I might have to look into that, my needle is shaking as well sometimes on idle. It would be nice if you could report back with the results after having it checked out. I tried a bunch of intake related things that solved some other problems, but not that one.

I think SolaraTRD is on the right track. Disconnect the neg battery cable for a couple minutes and reattach it and the comp will "relearn" its idle
