What im looking for is if the j.d.m cam. is rhd

I am just wondering if the jap camry is right hand drive and if so what is the diff. between there chassis and our (if anyone knows). Yes i know that most are 3sfe's thats no big deal but what i really want to know is what the chassis code is for the rhd jap camry is and what the diff is. Oh yeah and are all scepters wagons?

Everything is completely the same w/ the exceptions of course the japanese version being right handed, and the emissions controller is different. otherwise than that everything from the engine to everything else is the same with some other minor things being different.

For emissions here in the US you can pass the tailpipe test but you might or might not have problems passing the other part of the emissions test.

What gen camry are you looking at?

ok, after doing some searching through that search system, i couldn't find any pics of these, so, scepter, WHat are the scepter tail lights and could you post a picture or something so we know what they look like. I know a scepter is a jpn camry. But what is so special abotu the tail lights.

I dont think there is anything special about the tail light except where our trunk says C A M R Y across the trunk his says
S C E P T E R. I think thats it

rpj is right that's all it says.. scepter instead of camry on the center tailpiece.. engine is same 2.2L though... unless ur gen 3 is from somewhere else.. cos japan gen 3s only used the same engine as we did...
