4th Generation Headlight Power Supply???? HELP!

I bought a set of aftermarket gauges for my 99 Camry. I need to hook up the power to the headlight power supply. Where do I find it and how do I do it? Do I need to splice anything? I tried hooking it up to the back of the stock gauge cluster but that didn't work. Can I get some help on this? Thanks!

i needed to run another circuit thingy form my car when the ignition was on... all i did was read the fuse book and find which one powered the intrament (spelling is shot i'm hungover) cluster... (there's a few by memory)

turned ignition on, instraments lite up, pull fuse they turn off etc etc... make sure you check with side of fuse to splice into... (safe side so fuse will protected your new gauge)

good luck...

Don't cut your wires, there's no need! Just find the headlight fuse and get one of thes fuse taps. You can get these fuse taps all over thee place but heres the place i stole the image from.
