Gen5 will these fit?

Hey guys,
can't find IS300 rims so looking at different ones. came across the stock 2004 Acura TL rims.
was wondering if they would fit on my 2003 camry. i am given the following info.
17x8, 5x114.3, +45mm offset

now i know that the bolt pattern matches, not sure about the offset.
help pelase?

ok...so got the rims, picked up some toyo proxie 4s and when i was getting them installed,
the mechanic told me that the TL's rims were a little different. the hub ring was either a little too big or too small for my car. the rims can be mounted properly...but the little bit of space will cause the car to "shake" a little more at higher speeds. so i took it for a test...he was right...at about 120km/h i could feel the steering wheel shake a little and i think ride quality is also sacrificed in that i feel it was a little bumpier consistantly. i know it's not psychological as my passengers mentioned that they noticed the bumpyness.

is there anything i can do to dampen this?
i am in the process of finding used IS300 rims which i am assuming would fit perfectly but so far no luck. any ideas?

you need a hubcentric ring, it fills up the gap to make sure your rims fit your hubring perfectly
