Plastic cleaner for headlights?

My headlights are pretty yellow, dirty and fogged up. I was wondering if plastic cleaner will work and how well will they work. Where can I get it and how much do they usually cost?

It will help some, unless the yellowing is caused by UV light degrading the plastic. Then it is yellow all the way through and your out of luck. But it will help. ANy place like ACE hardware will have some for around 5 bucks.

It's tough to actually make a noticeable difference, unless you clean the insides as well. Some people use fine grade sandpaper and sand it down.
