not entirely BS. grounding kits do have some of the effect described in the listing... albeit not as significant.

After grounding, my camry has less vibration at idle. Careful about volt stabilizers though, I've heard from some that cheapo ones actually degrade performance (lowers top speed). If you must get one, try Sun Hyper GT volt stabilizer.

3rd Generation

If you're going to get one of these, put out the money for one of the sun, hks, or apexi versions. One of my friends bought one for his rx7 off of e-bay, and all it does is draw power to make the leds on it light up.

From the little reading I did on it, it is placed in // with the battery to fill in little lulls in the battery output. This seems to be just another scam to me.

The stock grounding points are where they are for a reason... The stock wiring also includes noise filters in the system. If you want to do something valuable to your grounding, get some 8 gauge wire and a bunch of ring terminals, and replace some of the stock grounds with thicker wire. BUT, keep the stock locations.

Battery output? While the car is running? And here I thought that was the purpose of the alternator.

I say scam.
