Hi guys, I try to remove Gen 3.5 door panel today and it wouldn't come off. I removed door lock bezel and all the screws that I can see. According to instructions, it should be pull right off but it didn't. It feels like something in the arm rest area is still cling to the door. All the side are loose. The red circles indicate the screws or snap that I had took off. Any suggestion to why this happen? Thanks

Well it has some plastic thingys that snap in all around so u gotta pull on the edges all around to get them outa the holes they snap in. Also the door panel lifts up to get it off since the panel has a edge that set into the space between the door and glass. I wonder if that makes sense.

also before you complete take off the door panel, pull off the window switch... just take a flat head screwdriver and pop out that little panel and disconnect the wiring on it so the door doesnt hang from the wires.

4 plastic clips on the bottom. Get your hand under and PULL OUT. After it's out, pull UP to get off the window sill. Pull away a few inches and detach control wires.
You got all the screws.

I got all screws and tried pull up but the door panel still wouldn't come off . Can the arm rest get uninstalled? I think there's some screw or something behind the arm rest that's holding it to the door.
Nope, you actually removed TOO many screws. THAT many be your problem. Screw the ones back in on the bottom of the door. They hold your map packet on. Do that THEN pull hard on the bottom. It's easier to do then you think. Took me a while to figure it out and I've since taken it off MANY times. I Can do it in like 3 mins or less now.

looks like you got all the screws, and from my experience, the screws along the bottom do not need to be removed, it just holds the side container in. for gen 3.5s atleast.
yea, so just pull hard to get the retainer clips out, use a trim removal tool if you can
IF there were any screws, it would be on the arm wrest bit, like on the Gen III 92-94 style with the regulator and all. but other than that, as mentioned above, the two phillips head screws on the bottom don't need to be undone to remove the door panel.
